Adrenaline tours has this combination and is the ATV tour that we recommend. They pick you up at your hotel and drive you out to the ranch where you get on the automatic 4X4 ATV. You will drive through streams over suspension bridges by waterfalls and up to 3000ft in elevation with spectacular views of the ocean and rain forest .There are three tours daily which include a meal and transportation for  $99, $20 more for a passenger.
